While three of my favorite supplements that seem to help relieve some of my CFS symptoms. 1) 'Synergy Pure' (superfood. Packed full of nutrients that I use is 'lost energy drink'). 2) vitamin C, magnesium ascorbate crystals (by Biocare).
3) 100% tea bags, Echinacea (Echinacea is an herb that can help keep it cold, and flu bugs) here and drink my favorite for my energy. Missing my favorite energy drink, So Far ... Most energy drinks are crammed with sugar and caffeine ... ... Basically, they're not really strong. Therefore, they should be avoided, of course, when you have ME / CFS or Fibromyalgia. Healthy, natural energy drink is gone. But even if it does not exist? Yep, it does - and I drink it all the time ... Energy drink is gone I'll be the 'superfood' It comes in powder form, and it called 'Synergy Pure' I'm quite proud of this find (Synergy pure) because it's not something that many people know about it. ! Energy drink to forget - that ... When I first came across Pure Synergy, I think it is really expensive and I guess that is the downside. It has taken energy drinks to disappear a few months, I now understand why it is very expensive, and more than 60 Pure Synergy is very high quality food and that is what you pay for. It's always worth bearing in mind that what works for one of the victims of ME / CFS may not necessarily work for another. But it certainly helped me during a very difficult time that I get my most vulnerable. Therefore, there is an energy drink this 'Pure Synergy' lost or not worth the price. Well, I certainly would not buy it myself if I did not feel the difference. So yes, in my opinion, it's worth every penny.
